Knapweed

Description

This noxious weed is rapidly occupying natural grassland in B.C. Since neither livestock nor wildlife like to eat these plants, grazing actually selects in their favour by grazing down other competition. As grasslands are downgraded, the knapweed moves in. This film was given to WestLand for its first television viewing.
